Another SM9, this time a 1967 model with Italic Elite 11cpi typeface.

This is the 6th in my quest to obtain 9 SM9s with different typefaces.

This was was acquired from another collector (RR-C) off of Discord.

This typewiter is in pretty good condition, except for the feet. Which is interesting, as I have quite a number of 60's vintage Olympias with intact feet. On the other hand, the usually bent up ribbon cover hinge is totally intact.

The main point of this typewriter is the Italic Elite typeface, which is #89 on both Olympia's catalogs, as well as RaRo's numbering on the slugs themselves. It is a very readable typeface, but still interesting.

I've already ordered replacement feet.

earlier bodytype, but not the first year ones that have the green logos.

The plus and minus on this iteration is the touch selector. The later models move the touch selector under the ribbon cover, and the plus/minus turns into tab set/clear, and they get rid of the buttons flanking the space bar.
