Ahh...the infamous Hermes 3000, is it all that and then some? Short answer, you're damn right it is! The buttery keys and smooth action is like nothing else. For me, this and the Olympia SM9 are unmatched in pleasurable typing experience. At lease of the machines that have passed under these fingertips so far...
As you can see, the poor left platen knob has managed to bust off, and the right side is broke but holding fast. If anyone has a parts machine and is fine parting with some knobs, let me know.
