Description:
Questionable date, as this serial number is 7 digits vs 6 digits for the current data base. Acquired from an Albuquerque thrift store for $5. Has a molded plastic carrying case. Very smooth carriage action. Typing feel is a bit loose, like some Olympia SM9s. Currently sporting a blue nylon ribbon.
This machine is no longer in my collection.

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Facit 1620 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Facit Serial Number page and the Facit 1620 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
