I bought this for the logo, honestly. I loved Commodore as a computer company, and while I've heard mixed things about these typewriters, when I saw one with the C= logo, I had to have it! Is it a model 2200? Well, other entries on the TWDB that look identical to the one seem to suggest so - but there is nothing on it to indicate that it has any model name at all beyond "Commodore." While this particular device is in good cosmetic shape, and is even quite clean, it needs some work. The carriage does not move smoothly across its full length, so something is amiss.
