Craigslist find. Worked perfectly right out of the box. One of the most smooth typing actions I have ever experiences. Feels as solid as a tank. A few of these thrown at the Berlin wall could have toppled before 1989.

Long time typewriter admirer, newly minted collector. I was part of the IBM Boca Raton team that built the PC XT, the PC AT and IBM PC DOS (IBM's version of MS DOS). Little did we know that we were contributing to the shift away from these beautiful machines.
