IBM Selectric I Model 71 (715). Manufactured in late 1966. Service card inside case gives date of install as Jan 4, 1967. Formerly used at Lenkurt Electronics in San Mateo, a high tech telecom company that made microwave radios and antennas, and was eventually acquired by GTE.
