I've been researching Brother typewriters lately, wishing for a De Luxe from the early 60s (I'm looking for one with the wire paper rest). Went to the Salvation Army store today and there were 4 typewriters there. This last one I unzipped and almost cried out; it's a De Luxe! Alas, the switchblade paper rest - I'm hoping for a wire paper rest some day. For now, the switchblade rest will do. :-)

A little bit of rash on the finish, but otherwise in solid working shape. Yay! ~TH~
