Description:
Condition & History: This Sears-branded Smith-Corona looks like it never left its case. It's spotless, and the paint is perfect. I picked it up at Goodwill.
Issues: The only fault is a broken clevis keeper spring on the dash/underscore (- _) typebar. I could tear the machine down to replace it, but I'd likely scratch the paint. Since it's in such nice shape, I'm leaving it as is for now.
Typing Impressions: I love these machines as a typer. They're fast and easy to use, and nearly indestructible.
