1964 Facit TP1 Serial # 341180 1964 Facit TP1 typewriter, Serial # 341180 Oliver Scheit's 1964 Facit TP1 typewriter. 2022-10-24 From the Virtual Typewriter Collection of Oliver Scheit: 1964 Facit TP1 Serial # 341180 Update 2022: sold a long time ago

Although it looks different, the touch tells you that it comes from the Halda P.
Same light, precise touch.

This Facit looks and feels as I assume a new typewriter would. It had very little signs of wear and simply feels solid, clean, reliable.

The output is as expected. Straight, clean, and even with a ribbon very low of ink very well readable.

Too bad that the color and the shape of the typewriter are so ... neutral.
I find it hard to get an emotional connection somehow. Maybe it's just a little bit too perfect.

The font-code is 1-AR.
