Description:
Is quick and solid, despite is not covered in metal (just the usual sixties plastic guise).
The serial number is stamped under the typewriter and under the carriage. There is another number stamped on the basket (possibly related to the basket itself).
Nothing very unexpected with this one, until you write and notice this is not a basket shift one: Carriage shift (and a heavy carriage shift).
A surprise for me (like when you put your hands in a typewriter with one hundred years over its shoulders and found it is a basket shift model).
Plastic oval keys are ergonomic and I am quite sure you can write very quick with one of these once you get used to it.
The "Casa Manna" decal belongs to one of the last typewriter repair shops still on the move in Mar del Plata city.

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Adler Junior 3 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Adler Serial Number page and the Adler Junior 3 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
