Description:
I knew it was missing the "Smith-Corona" badge when I picked this up at a sale. Imagine my surprise when I put it on the bench, tipped it on its rear, and heard something clinking around loose inside. The badge!
This one is in really nice shape and it types accordingly. It does sound a bit metallic compared to the earlier 5's, but I ain't complaining.

Typewriter aficionado (aflicionado?) located in the U.S. Midwest. Freshly retired, I am often asked what I will do with my time? If they could see my typewriter collection, they wouldn’t ask!
I enjoy finding, fixing, and using typewriters.
