Back a while I drove to a seller to pick up a Hermes Baby. She wanted very much to sell her second typewriter as well, so for 5 Euro (5.40 USD) I took it along as well.
Half a year later I noticed a little ad in an online marketplace that a kindergarten is looking for a typewriter in order to show the kids how to use it and so on.
Of course - even without having read the book of Mr. Polt yet - I took the chance to recruit new members of the typewriter revolution.
I wrote back and promised to send one, cleaned this Olympia SF, checked it so everything functions as supposed, put a new ribbon inside, wrote a short how-to-use-this-thing and sent it to the kindergarten today for free.
