Got this machine from California in September 2026. Came from a fellow collector and I am so grateful to them for letting me own such an amazing and beautiful Voss.
Originally this machine was blue, but I had bought a pink ST-24 (serial 167530) back in December 2025 in hopes of keeping it but sadly it was beyond repair and never actually typed. I loved the fairly uncommon/rare pink body and after playing with which to use decided I would at least for now have it pink. But because of how these were designed I can do half and half or swap colors whenever I feel like it (as I am not selling the other body). And as you can see I did toy with the half and half and even took it to a type-in like that!
Such a cool find given how uncommon it is to find a cubic Voss in the first place, but a Business-Riter is another level of cool. Makes me wonder what company originally got this and why they chose to be different and go cubic. I am very happy they did though.

Started collecting in March 2025. Have had quite a few machines so far, but trying to keep limit to specific machines so I don't have too many. Currently have ~20-30
My current collection goal is to own all cubic typefaces, with the limitation that each must be on a different model. Just to keep things interesting so everything has its' own place in the collection. I also have a few others that I just wanted to own, so not everything is cubic.

- SCM Classic Pica No. 85 U: Loose bars (came from a destroyed Electra 120, some slugs have damage)
- SCM Classic Elite No. 86 S: Loose bars (came from a destroyed Electra 220)
- SCM Tempo No. 93 (real name unknown, this is the printwheel name of the typeface): Loose bars (eventually will be in an SCM electric)
