1961 Olympia SM4 Serial # 1754926 1961 Olympia SM4 typewriter, Serial # 1754926 Plante and Doole-Fisher Typewriters's 1961 Olympia SM4 typewriter. 2019-05-13 From the Virtual Typewriter Collection of Plante and Doole-Fisher Typewriters: 1961 Olympia SM4 Serial # 1754926 The top of the SM-line was possibly the SM-4. Featuring a stop-less tabulator, spring-loaded key-tops and a touch-regulator that actually does something, the SM-4 is deluxe and it knows it. This one is in a slightly less common dapper grey with maroon keys, and stands out from the subtle earth tones these fifties and sixties Olympia are typically shorn with.
