Description:
I've always wanted an Olympia SG-1, and now I've got one. It's in near perfect mechanical condition but can use a professional tear down, deep cleaning, and oiling to help it through the second six decades of its life. Cosmetically, it is dirty, but has no scratches or dents.
Like all SG-1s, it has a removable carriage. It doesn't have the once-popular but optional paper inserter, but as they are interchangeable in the same manufacturing year, I may try to find another 1961 SG-1 with a good carriage and paper inserter but otherwise less pretty body and swap carriages.
