Description:
I've been after another of these since I sold my first (rather smelly one) to a friend a year or so ago. These are true top-tier machines in terms of feel and action. The platens have always been "granite" on the ones I've used though. This and the monstrously grotesque feet are their Achilles heel. Covered in a fine layer of Player's No 6 tobacco (I'm guessing the brand of tobacco) this once belonged to the PA of the owner of Bentall's and has been kept in otherwise excellent condition. Identical in size to my 18s, it even allows for a ribbon cover swap.
Can't recommend these highly enough. Delighted I have one in my collection again.

Relatively new to the hobby - My first machine was an Everest Mod 90 that I bought after watching a Violet Evergarden anime in December 2021.
My collection now consists of 41 machines.
My absolute favourite remains (just) my 1939 Royal KMM. For me, it's both the prettiest and the "warmest" to type on. It has "Majik" (with a nod to Sandy1)
I count my blessings that I am lucky enough to have amassed such a beautiful bunch.
