Description:
Bought damaged a couple of years ago, and finally started on repairs recently. I put a new drawband in it and that got it typing, but there is a need for some further work on the type alignment and something obstructing carriage movement towards the very end of its range. Has its original case and manuals in very nice condition, as well as a nice origin story - came to my city by way of Gilgandra, a small country town. There is an ID code engraved on the typewriter and written on the case - possibly something military?
Sold February 2021.
