Description:
One of the last made of this particular model, made concurrently for five months alongside the dual-color ink model (according to the database), this is in lovely shape after cleaning and a little oiling. It's my first Hermes and probably not the last, as I love the feel of the keys and the typewriter itself. Was persuaded into finding one after all the hype by Mr. Hanks and well, virtually everyone else in typewriter-ville (and got a really good deal at the time). So far, it lives up to the hype- onward to a 3000 probably!
