Description:
German keyboard
Pica typeface
Uncommon version, according to Dingwerth built by Everest, but this is clearly an Antares rebrand. Strange is only the C prefix. All other Antares Domus have a D prefix. It also misses the typical three or four digit long suffix. Serial number D-070938-6050 was sold in 1960, so this is a 1960 machine too. (See link, we should add this known number on the Antares serial number page)

Typewriter collector from Germany. I collect all brands, but like Olivetti the most. I'm not that type of collector that buys the most expensive, old or rare pieces. I love and collect typewriters because it was an everyday product millions of people used. Much of them are well-made and were so expensive for there pre-owner – now, people want not to throw them away, but they don't want them anymore – and so, there are ridiculous cheap. When I see a typewriter, standing around and being so cheap, I cannot abandon it. (I hope my english is at least understandable, feel free to correct me).
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Everlux Portable on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Everlux Serial Number page and the Everlux Portable By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
