Bought this Underwood and it came with a USB typewriter kit parts mess; the kit is missing all the instructions for operating/installing. I bought it through EBay, but met up with the seller at a McDonalds to save shipping costs. That Typewriter USB company claims they helped save 1,000's of typewriters: YA FROM PEOPLE ENJOYING THEM; the kit was so insane to attempt installing that the seller took $18.00 for kit, typewriter, and case (like good riddance) and threw it over to me. There's no way anyone will get her into typewriters ever again!!! This Golden Touch Deluxe Quiet Tab is made in Canada (figures). Update: 8/12/18 I sold this typewriter (for double what I paid for it) to a father and son. Showed them all the features, they seemed pleased!

After finding a Smith-Corona Coronet 12 at a curb-side (in Winter while walking the dog) I carried it home; after it thawed out and started coming back to life I was hooked. My interest in this hobby lead to taking two parts typewriters to create one good unit. This typewriter aliment is (pretty much) in-curable!
