Description:
Reiner font Olivetti Graphika for Swiss french-speaking market. Label shows Olivetti (Suisse) SA in BIENNE as probably the local distributor.
I bought this machine in Geneva from a collector. I have asked Vescovo Restauri in Italy to renew the platen (was hard like stone). Spent some weeks to disasemble, clean and reassemble the carriage parts and escapment. Cleaned mainspring in untrasonic and applied a special grease. Machine is working great now. Thanks to the repair documentation available.

My grand-father was working at Paillard Hermes from 1923 to 1963, designing tools and manufacturing process. A few years ago, I re-discovered a typewriter from my family, and started to use it to write when I need to be disconnected from distrations. Then I started to collect a few typewriters to find the best possible one for my use.
