The type feel isn't quite as precise as an Olympia, nor is it as refined as a Hermes 3000. But it is fast, and also seems to be pretty deserving of its "silent" moniker. It's unquestionably one of the quieter machines in my collection, even without the benefit of having had felt or other sound insulation installed by me.
