An all original 1957 Red Royal Quiet De Luxe typewriter, in excellent condition.
Beginning in 1955, Royal began offering vibrant, exciting, and glossy colors to their already popular Quiet De Luxe model. These beautiful glossy-colored typewriters were short lived as the Quiet De Luxe model was discontinued in 1959. This 1957 model comes with the beautiful and less common Elite size typeface with 12 characters per inch.
