Description:
Picked up from estate sale mentioned by C Carreon. Missing H typeslug, ribbon cover and one typebar link. Parts machine at the moment, I may use it to get a new platen for my other Kolibri. Hastey images after 1 layer of grime removed. Typing feel is great despite the condition.

Occasional typewriter user and 'variety accumulator' but not a serious collector.
My first typewriter was a SCM Galaxie/Classic that I bought at a thrift store in Middle School. Taught myself how to use it without the manual. Used it for school work that needed to be entered into print-outs. I liked the machine, although it is heavy, but I always hated the case.
Recently, something awakened in me and I have been finding a few modest projects and interesting machines to try manual typing again.
