Description:
Purchased for $40 CAD in Edmonton Alberta. Typewriter was made in Toronto Canada. Some scratches on the basket cover. Small comptession bend in the cover on right hand side. I may try to fix in the future. Was sticky and dirty, easy to clean and de-gunk. Works like a new machine. Lovely art deco look which reminds me of the Hermes 3000, first generation. Will probably be one I keep.

I rediscovered typewriters about a year ago when I got back my Hermes 3000 from my daughter. I bought it to gift her on the occcasion of her first born. Then it sat for about a decade, I brought it home and have been on it ever since. I've taken up buying them, fixing and cleaning, then gifting them to friends who show an interest. I have to give them away otherwise I'd be a hoarder!
