Description:
First batch of the Perfekt with this body style. Note the absence of plastic card holders.
This typewriter was used by two doctors for typing out patient reports. They took very well care of the machine. Except for the wonky type (probably caused by extensive usage) the typewriter was in good condition.
Nice design detail is the chrome left end of the platen, that correspondents with the 0 position on the paper bail.

I live in The Netherlands.
Most common typewriter brands over here are Triumph/Adler, Olympia, Erika, Olivetti, Remington and Brother.
I collect and restore typewriters to learn about their design and to write with them.

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Triumph Perfekt on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Triumph Serial Number page and the Triumph Perfekt By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
