Royal Quiet De Luxe Manual 1955 was discovered in a neighbor's garage sale. It was the beginning of my TW obsession. It was in good shape; it just needed a good cleaning. It had been actively used up until 5-6 years ago. I have 7 more since this one, and it is one of my top 2 favorite TW.

Hello, I am a new collector but I have been interested in this hobby for some time from afar. At a garage sale, I came across a vintage Royal QDL and fell in love. Since then I've gorgred myself on local and online finds to expand my collectin to six beautiful portable typewriters, mostly Royals and SC in a relatitvely short time. I am a graduate student at IU South Bend and work in digital marketing. Thank you for considering my membership. I look foward to meeting many new people with the same interest.
