I found this typewriter just before Christmas, at a price that left no doubt. I immediately bought it. It was in good condition (although the platen would need to be renewed) but the dark green wasn't as bright as it should be. I cleaned it thoroughly and after an afternoon of work it was as beautiful as it deserves to be. Typewriter really nice to use, "snappy" and fast. The "LAGOMARSINO" logo on the back indicates the Italian distributor for Halda. It would need a new "question mark" key, as the current one has faded, otherwise it works perfectly, I use it almost every day.

Hi!
I love going to second-hand markets to find typewriters to valorize. I want each of my typewriters to be functional, as I use them to actually write every day. I collect all kinds of typewriter, I'm (slowly) adding my 50+ collection to the database, meanwhile the collection is growing much faster than my uploads.. and that's a problem!
