The Smith Corona Super is perhaps one of the more difficult Super-5 machines to find. Introduced in 1953, the model was quickly renamed to "Silent-Super" in mid-1954. With the exception of the name, the Super is virtually identical to the early Silent-Super models.

Smith Corona Super, serial number 5T 120130. Obtained from eBay in March 2012. This is my 6th typewriter.
