It is the quietest typewriter I have used. So quiet, you think you have miss struck keys after typing on another typewriter and coming back to the Quiet De Luxe.

Hello!
My name is Jayson, I live in remote Alaska, and I love the outdoors. My hobbies include hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, and when I'm traveling I'm collecting things I can't get locally. One item is typewriters.
Being remote such as I am the written or typed word is still very important, whether it is to keep in touch with family and friends or getting a shopping list to the store so a load of groceries can be sent out on the mail plane within a week or two.
Fun fact, in town mail gets flown to Anchorage 410 miles away to be sorted and flown back to be delivered In town! The perfect illustration of government at work. But I digress.
