When I bought this for $20 the guy selling it said he’d never used it. Sounded like he’d inherited it. The internal mechanisms were filthy and once cleaned it types like a dream. Super hard platen though.
It came to me in Coeur d Alene, ID from there as well. Labeling inside the ribbon cover and case state that it was sold or serviced at R.E. Kuykendall Office Machines in Abilene, TX.
