This was another Goodwill bargain pickup that cleaned up nicely. I finally got to experience the Olivetti touch. A beautiful machine design with a wonderful touch

I learned to type in elementary school and it was something that I didn't appreciate until college.
Recently got interested in many of the manual machines I used as a kid and now as an adult I began repairing and collecting typewriters for myself.
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Olivetti Studio 44 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Olivetti Serial Number page and the Olivetti Studio 44 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
