Description:
This is an old typewriter Everest 90.
According to the manual, this typewriter was produced in 11 colours.
It was produced by Serio.
Serio company was founded in 1932 in Italy, by 7 mechanics who bought an old horse nail factory, and here started to produce typewriters.
They produced fairly good typewriters for some decades, competing with Olivetti, and in 1967 this company was acquired by Olivetti, then it disappeared.
.This typewriter was an economical model, didnāt had a great quality, but since it was cheaper than other typewriter of the period, had a good sales success at the time.

I inherited a collection of around 400 old typewriters and calculators from my father, who collected them for 50 years.
I also have a YouTube channel featuring these typewriters.
The pictures are made by my wife who is a photographer. Her name is Milena.
This gallery is managed by her,
So if you like the pictures don't thank me but her.
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Everest 90 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Everest Serial Number page and the Everest 90 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
