Local sale. Nice original case, will clean more later.
Basically another Royal Quiet De Luxe with Pica typeface.
Types flawlessly, had to blow out some dust but nothing bad.
Very nice gray paint and gray molded keys.
Every mechanical function tested and found not one problem.
Even the case latch and hinges are in excellent condition, no rust just tarnish.
Even the type slugs were very clean.
Some tarnish on the bright metal.
Rubber is hard but smooth and clean, just use backing paper.
Measured platen rubber width of 9 and 1/8 inches.
Added extra photos under different lighting to show better color rendition.
Likely stored in the near desert climate for a long time and not abused, very lucky find.
