Also includes "ij" character. Right-hand shift key shows Dutch dealer imprint in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Den Haag.
The late serial number could be post-1948 - following Klein-Continental 35 and 50 serials. Or as early as 1941, depending on sources. The actual manufacturing date is unclear.
