Description:
Beautiful glass keys and San serif typeface (NuMode) makes this a very special typewriter. Works very well and aesthetically appealing with black racer stripes on flat black finish. I happened to grab the wrong black case from another dealer and swapped my Silent for this Sterling. We swapped them back but as it happens now it’s in my collection.

I have a passion for analog methods of putting words on paper. I own a letterpress shop that helps to fill this desire, but found typewriters also have a role in producing written materials with a value-added dimension. I'm drawn to working typewriters and renovate them as I am able. I'm pretty handy with things mechanical. Overall, I feel more like an enthusiast with a collection that will get used by design. I understand the temptation to buy them all, but I don't have a store to sell them in. I'm also no expert in repair, so it's a matter of finding the best typefaces and typing feel that helps me to get words on paper. Type on!
