Description:
Nice little tombstone key-style portable. I used kite-string to replace the drawstring. This took lots of little adjustments to get to the point of actual use ability. Update 12/3/2018 I sold this typewriter to a guy (Jon) who needed a Christmas gift for his daughter.

I've fixed and sold many typewriters. There are three that I love to use for writing: 1930 Underwood No.5. 195 1 Remington Quiet-Riter, 1971 Hermes 3000.
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Royal Arrow on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Royal Serial Number page and the Royal Arrow By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
