Even though the tag says (see gallery pic) its a Model A, I think this is a Model 1 (http://www.etypewriters.com/1947-01.jpg)
bought this from the personal collection of ACME/DARLING in Portland, OR.
everything was in excellent condition except for the power roller.
was able to find a replacement and now, as far as this posting, is the only complete working model. It weighs approximately 38lbs.
it is a beast and locomotive in one. it catches attention at the local Type-Ins.
