Description:
This typewriter was made for the U.S. Navy during WWII. According to the Onondaga Historical Association, war-related production was suspended at Coronaâs Groton factory in 1943 for two months while employees at the factory made much-desired portable typewriters for the military. This is one of the typewriters made during that two-month period in 1943.
