Description:
This was an antique mall find. I was really excited about this one. The case was closed and hidden in the back corner. If you are a typewriter collector, you can probably spot a typewriter case easily. When I opened it up I was pleasantly surprised. Great consistent typer and came with original manuals and great condition case.

Hi fellow Typewriter enthusiasts! I have been fascinated with manual typewriters since I bought my first typewriter from eBay back in 2002. That Underwood S model then led to some other models I've picked up over the years. Recently I have been fortunate enough to make a dedicated "Typewriter Gallery" in my home and my collecting has really accelerated. I thought this would be a good opportunity to begin including my collection into this amazing resource: the Typewriter Database.
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Smith Corona Standard on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Smith Corona Serial Number page and the Smith Corona Standard By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
