Description:
Purchased at an Estate Sale in Fort Worth in 1996. Case in good shape with mysterious muddy cat prints on the inside. She's a Royal portable from the 40s so I named her "Agent Carter" after Peggy Carter, the founder of S.H.I.E.L.D. Yeah, I'm kind of a comics nerd.

Another Gen-Xer who learned typing in High School on an IBM Selectric. Wrote a few college papers on the family's Royal HH and used a brother word processor with a daisy wheel to get my BA. Now a psychotherapist who still has the HH and has added a few awesome friends to the growing collection of mini printing presses..
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Royal Arrow on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Royal Serial Number page and the Royal Arrow By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
