Description:
I obtained this beautiful typewriter from my father's garage. I'm not sure if it was my grandpa´s or if my father bought it someday. It types really good and clean still, better than expected anyway, and made me consider buying other machines from the pre-50s era.
Note that the carriage string seems to be still made of real gut (see last photo).

Musician, fond of old things like cameras with film, old string instruments, and now also mechanical typewriters. First to come into my household was a 1974 Olivetti DORA.
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Wanderer Klein-Continental on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Wanderer Serial Number page and the Wanderer Klein-Continental By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
