Description:
Purchased from an estate sale for $50 in 2014. This one has been refurbished at some point. The decal is from Craig Office Supply in The Dalles, Oregon, which is an office supply store where I worked for 5 years. (No, the refurbish was done long before I got there) It has new keycaps, new platen, new feet, and I replaced the space bar myself with one I scavenged off a Champion portable. It has a great, satisfying feel to the keys with a pleasant "thunk" sound. When you get into the rhythm you can almost sit back and hear a teletype machine banging away.

The pounding typebar, having writ, moves on... unless there's a ding.
