Description:
This is an extremely beautiful machine, and in near mint shape too. It is so nice that I rarely use it, for fear that I might mar the magnificent finish. It types great too, with a snappy and light touch. I bought this for a mere $40 at an antique market, and it includes paperwork.
According to the database table, this model was renamed "Clipper" in 1940 and presumably the Flattop style was dropped in favor of the Streamline body. Obviously, this is a Flattop model, although it was supposedly manufactured in 1940.
