It came with the original box witch is cool, ill include pictures of that.
It has a bell witch is also cool, a lot of functionality was put into this machine, and I like how the red wooden carriage knobs look on this.
I dont know what els to say about it. Great toy, it will probably last another hundred years or so.

I got this a few months ago, it cleaned up nicely.

And I also found this in the box, not too sure what it is but it looks original, might not be though, its just like a one page booklet thats completely empty. Strange.
