Paid way too much for this thing on ebay. The feet are rotten and crumbling, its is filthy, and the letters do not align. This typewriter won't see the light of day again until I can get it fixed.

Novice typewriter enthusiast. My first experience with a typewriter was with my grandma and her letting me type away on hers for hours without a single complaint (she was an angel). My love for vintage fountain pens, my favourite grandma and an appreciation for practical antiques/art has brought me here. One of the most rewarding thing so far about this hobby has been the very interesting and wonderfully helpful I've been introduced to.
