Description:
Rare variation with small carriage.
Leningrad typewriter plant was founded 1930, but however they produced 1932–41 two different models. The typewriters based on Continental Standard.
The Modell L1 was produced 1932 until 1937 (?), L2 from 1937 (?) to 1941. I'm not sure if it is an L1 or L2.
The plant was destroyed by the Nazis in 1941.

Hi everyone!
I'm Sergei, I was made in Russia)
A psychologist, a collector of all sorts of vintage junk, typewriters, alarm clocks, and so on.
I love typewriters, and typewriters love me))
I wouldn't call myself a HUNTER - I just love typewriters, use them and collect some of them.
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Leningrad Л2-III on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Leningrad Serial Number page and the Leningrad Л2-III By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
