I'm uncertain whether the SN is 3LO or 3L0. If it's 3L0, then the machine is from 1927. It has the spool covers with wider openings like earlier Fours, but like later models does not say "Four" beneath "Corona".
The dealer decal is from the Biller Typewriter Co of Green Bay, WI.
