Large Kappel No. 2 office machine from 1936.
German keyboard. Pica font. Tabulator.
Two-color 13 mm ribbon. Weight about 15 kg.
Rescued from a house where it had a hard life. Lots of cleaning, mechanical and cosmetic work. A few minor things to improve.
It is charming to rewind or change the direction of the color ribbon through the crank mechanism. It writes nicely, but the roller is hard, which makes that metallic sound....
