I should stop trawling eBay late at night, but I guess I could justify that bad habit with finds like this. It's a pretty early Baby, and more interesting still it has a cryptic LP/mls key. I believe this is for the Palestinian pound, used back when Palestine became a British Mandate after WWI. The pound was subdivided into 1000 mils, hence the symbols. I wonder what the story behind this machine is! What things it must have seen...
